Just parents wanting the best for their child with Cerebral Palsy

And for every child with CP after.

Heartfelt Beginnings,
Hopeful Horizons

Fueled by his determination to get the best for his child, Rabbi Tzvi Breitstein earned respect from the biggest doctors and philanthropic organisations.

But this wasn’t just about him and his child
it was about all other children, their parents and their families.

Even once Yoel outgrew Tikvah Layeled, Mr. Rabbi Tzvi Breitstein continued to innovate and organize, bringing the best of the medical advances to Tikvah Layeled.

Tikvah Layeled is a fully accredited grade school and rehabilitation center. It provides education and state-of-the-art therapy and rehabilitation to a population ranging in age from infants to 21, and offers assistance to their families and the community.
